Once an order is confirmed, in-stock items usually ship in 1-2 weeks. Out of stock or backordered items usually ship in 6-8 weeks. If timing is critical, please submit your order at least two months before your need-by date. Lead times after tradeshows are 4-8 weeks. Cancellation We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to a poor fit with RodeoBar's brand image, failure to pay after repeated attempts to contact the buyer, and/or proximity to another wholesale account. Payment We accept payment by company check, wire transfer, Paypal and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Wire transfers have an additional $35 surcharge. Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 processing fee. Terms All items are charged up front unless otherwise agreed upon. Net 30 terms will only be offered upon approval to customers who have submitted satisfactory credit references and who have placed a minimum of 6 orders. Net 30 terms may be revoked after multiple late payments. Shipping We ship by UPS Ground for all domestic orders.
